Most programs require an initial service to address any outstanding issues which may compromise the effectiveness of our pest management strategies. During this initial service you can expect our Prescription Specialist to bring your property into compliance with agreed upon long-term goals. Below you will find a list of the items which will be addressed upon your initial service:
1. Followup interview to uncover additional needs and priorities not mentioned during your sign-on interview. 2. Inspect the interior and exterior of your home; including all entryways, windows, crevices and voids to identify problem areas which may harbor pests. 3. Interior treatment as required. 4. Removal of cobwebs and wasp nests within reach around your home's eaves. 5. Treatment of pest entry points around pipes, doors and windows. 6. Careful application of pesticide around the perimeter of your home. 7. You will receive a detailed service report along with suggestions to encourage a "pest free zone" around your home. Please keep in mind that after your initial service you may see pests lingering on your property and sometimes they may seem more active. This is a common occurance and nothing to be alarmed about.
